If for any reason that you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Please provide us with the following information, product description, date received, package tracking number and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be glad to replace or exchange the item, issue you a credit on your next purchase or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.
Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds or credits for future purchases will be for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund or credit. No refund or credit will be issued without our approval or after 48 hours of receipt of order.
