Combine 16 oz. tub cream cheese, this spice pack, 2
tablespoons sour cream, and 8oz pack shredded Parmesan cheese. Mix well and roll
ball into crushed nuts. Use pine nuts if desired. Flatten slightly and form well
in center of mixture. Can wrap and refrigerate overnight. Fill center with fresh
basil leaves and halved grape tomatoes before serving with butter crackers or
pita chips. Makes one large Cheese Torte.
