Combine 16 oz. tub cream cheese, this spice pack, 8oz
drained crushed pineapple, and 8oz shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and roll
ball in crushed nuts. Flatten slightly and form well in center of mixture. Can
wrap and refrigerate overnight. Fill center with fresh pineapple or preserves
before serving with gingersnaps or graham crackers. Makes one large Cheese
Torte.
